"Decent monitoring tool"

What do you like best? We like that it has a lot of predefined datasources, so you can really start monitoring your infrastructure with minimal efforts. On the other hand, you can build your own datasources and start checking almost anything that you need. What do you dislike? What we really need in LogicMonitor is an ability to get any text as datapoint result, send it in the alerts, and store it. For instance, it could be SQL server tables that we don't need/want to parse but we'd like to ...

"Very good experience"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The SaaS model is great. We don't have to invest in management of the solution, nor development of the additional monitoring plans. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Extracting data for reporting purposes is not as simple as one would like. It is not really a product issue, it is related to the amount of data that is collected, but still, it could be improved. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us ...

"Fantastic monitoring tool for your full-stack!"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LM comes with a bunch of pre-built "datasources" to help get you rolling early. But the fact that they provide great documentation and support to create your OWN datasources makes the product so much more viable for power-users. Out of the dozens of tickets I have opened with LM, I have never had an issue with Support not assisting me solve my problem! What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The frontend is a little dated. As of Jan-2020, they're ...

"Logicmonitor, a review story"

What do you like best? The flexibility of LM is quite good, property sources are fantastic for inventory. What do you dislike? It's more difficult than I like to update instance level properties for creative use cases. Recommendations to others considering the product: It would be important to have multiple people willing to tweak the product to your needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ingesting more information than we had with any other ...
