"Great software backed by a great team"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Many automated and out of the box features What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Not a lot I dont like about LM, perhaps having to re create esclilation chains when needing to edit them. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping our critical infrasturcture monitoired and alerted on if any issues come up. We can be more pro active about certain issues.

"Single Pane of Glass!"

What do you like best? Resource insights! Ops notes allow you to make a line to show when an event happened, then you can look at another device and see something that happened at that same time which could have triggered the critical event. results in better time to resolution. Graphsdahsboards are amazing! and createing custom datasource with PowerShell and Groovy is really fun and exciting! What do you dislike? nothing at this time - I really enjoy this product! "Great product. Fairly substantial learning curve."

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The prebuilt dashboards are great. When I learned how to use tokens, that made creating dashboards for all of our business units a snap. You can monitor just about anything which is great. The support team has been great with most of the issues I've had. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? It's a bit complicated. Getting other team members to help manage the system has been a challenge. I also have a lot of trouble with alert noise. The product ...

"Ultimate Monitoring Tool"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? It has nice visual presentation that we can put up on screens in our NOC room to show the health of systems we monitor, its easy to use and support is exceptional! What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Truth be told we're very happy with the product, no complaints and it keeps updating very regulary. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Proactive monitoring.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The vendor diversity offered for monitored devices and the fact that all of this cloud-based. The continious improvement that involves adding more and more devices to the already exhaustive list of vendors supported by the platform. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Logic monitor is a very comprehensive tool that can provide great insights to the companies environment. The dashboard feature is awesome, but the tools I am most looking forward to are alert correlations and forecasting. We see great benefit as this area increases. "Best In Class for IT Infrastructure Monitoring"

What do you like best? LogicMonitor is incredibly easy to use, and most if not all of the monitoring comes out of box and is applied to devices dynamically. The SaaS based architecture saved dozens of hours a month in maintaining an on prem product. Our customer success team is always forthcoming and responsive. What do you dislike?
