What do you like best? Ease of use. LogicMonitor's interface makes monitoring your infrastructure easy. You do not need a PhD to add devices and customize your dashboard. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike. IP scans are little buried to make adjustments. but other than some few hard to find screens its a solid interface What problems are you solving with the product? Can be a bit confusing to determine what all certain modules do or don't do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For our use case, IaaS provider distributed along several data centers and geographically dispersed it is a must have. API's and integrations work seamlessly after correctly set up.
