It is very easy to use and can be used by multiple folks What do you dislike? hard to navigate and pull desired reports. Adding devices is a little tricky. It's ability to work with a wide range of protocols and straight forward interface for creating your own custom logic modules. What do you like best? The ease of discovering devices and default monitoring applied automatically. If customizations are needed, this is done easily through the GUI interface. What do you dislike? The remote access is limited to 60 minutes. Typically we are in our customers environments trouble shooting, resolving issues or on-boarding new devices, all of which can take over an hour. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I love my ability to see all assets in one portal regardless of where they are in the are in the world, or which network they are on. What do you like best? Ease of use. Getting servers and switches monitored is simple. Setting up alerting rules and thresholds is very easy. I've used a lot of monitoring suites and LogicMonitor is the best. What do you dislike? The new mapping features needs some additional work. Setup and usage is vague right now.
