"LogicMonitor provides key monitoring and reporting services for our entire infrastructure."

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Ease of use. Getting servers and switches monitored is simple. Setting up alerting rules and thresholds is very easy. "Perfect Monitoring and Management platform"

What do you like best? The fact that it is cloud-based and the user interface is very intuitive. What do you dislike? Dont really have any dislikes for the product so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving monitoring a broad range of equipment scattered out geographically. LogicMonitor allows us to monitor all of these devices in a single location.

"The best monitoring tool we've used, LogicMonitor being the 5th."

What do you like best? The ease of discovering devices and default monitoring applied automatically. If customizations are needed, this is done easily through the GUI interface. What do you dislike? The remote access is limited to 60 minutes. Typically we are in our customers environments trouble shooting, resolving issues or on-boarding new devices, all of which can take over an hour. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor provides deep and wide monitoring capabilities for multiple technology disciplines. Having worked with many monitoring tools in the past, LogicMonitor is by far the best solution from a scale and flexibility perspective. Being a SAAS solution reduces day to day complexity. "Amazing Monitoring solution"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? It is cloud based and no need to install a physical appliance. It does all the probing for you and picks up a lot of appliances! What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The pricing is a little higher than most monitoring solutions. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We are noticing some port issues as well as some switches that are no longer can be utilize to enhance our networks infrastructure.
