What do you like best? The fact that it is cloud-based and the user interface is very intuitive. What do you dislike? Dont really have any dislikes for the product so far. LogicMonitor allows us to monitor all of these devices in a single location.

What do you like best? The ease of discovering devices and default monitoring applied automatically. If customizations are needed, this is done easily through the GUI interface. What do you dislike? The remote access is limited to 60 minutes. Typically we are in our customers environments trouble shooting, resolving issues or on-boarding new devices, all of which can take over an hour. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? It is cloud based and no need to install a physical appliance. It does all the probing for you and picks up a lot of appliances! What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The pricing is a little higher than most monitoring solutions. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We are noticing some port issues as well as some switches that are no longer can be utilize to enhance our networks infrastructure.
