What do you like best about LogicMonitor? We like that it's cloud hosted monitoring which, for us, means we don't need an additional check to make sure our infrastructure is actually running. If our infrastructure would go down, it would alerts us vs. the monitoring platform also being down. They have a large number of supported platforms out of the box. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The ease of discovering devices and default monitoring applied automatically. If customizations are needed, this is done easily through the GUI interface. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The remote access is limited to 60 minutes. Typically we are in our customers environments trouble shooting, resolving issues or on-boarding new devices, all of which can take over an hour. What do you like best? Consistent and customisable, LogicMonitor offers an excellent user experience. For our use case, IaaS provider distributed along several data centers and geographically dispersed it is a must have. API's and integrations work seamlessly after correctly set up. What do you dislike? Some functionalities are not system wide and limited (Tokens in widget names come to mind). What do you like best? LogicMonitor is a robust and versatile platform that is surprisingly easy to deploy and manage. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor (LM) can alert on a WIDE range of criteria. LogicMonitor is very flexible. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Ease of use. The monitor is easy to navigate and very easy to understand. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Nothing. The alerts are very helpful and we are able to address issues quickly and efficiently. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a farm of about 100 servers that we monitor.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I love how easy it is to setup out of the box. I literally can have monitoring setup and running on all of your systems in less than an hour. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The only feature that is really missing is automatic remediation steps when an alert is triggered, but I understand that is in the development pipeline. "Easy to implement and maintain with quality results"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Very simple to add new devices into monitoring. Discovery provides quality insight without very little or no customization. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Better linking between monitored devices to prevent alert storms. This is a feature they are actively improving however.
