"Great monitoring platform with diverse features!"

What do you like best? I love having multiple collectors across the country monitoring devices close to it. Our prior platform was a single server in our datacenter. We get more accurate/faster alerts with this model. Also being cloud based and being able to login from anywhere is very helpful. Simple to use and implement

PROS: The software's dashboard shows an overview of critical metrics, hence we are able to easily detect the root cause of problems. Also, the dashboard can be easily customized. Managing assets is also a breeze. Lastly, no need to make an effort to maintain the platform. CONS: Additional fees. PROS: LogicMonitor lets me pull up pretty much any metric I need when and where I need it; after which, I can securely transfer across the internet into a well-guarded cloud facility. After that, I can then put the metric on any connected device wherever it may be. PROS: The platform works really well when it comes to monitoring several different environments. Very efficient

PROS: For us, the simplicity, flexibility, and quick deployment of LogicMonitor are the best features. All codes are open source and there’s a great deal of customization waiting for us to tinker so that the system will always behave the way we want it to.
