"The support team and account managers have been extremely helpful."

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? the support team has been very helpful and timely when we need them. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? We have some problems with the technology we use vs how licensing works going into the future. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? General monitoring of resources in our legacy environment and some cloud resources.

"Flexible and informative"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Fairly easier to setup and configure a comprehensive NOC style dashboard. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Currently unable to suppress alerts on devices "chained" behind down devices. So if for example a switch wit ha server connected to it goes down you get alerts for both. "Its been a great experience!"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like the simple dashboard we use to monitor all the devices. Easy to see everything in one place. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? I do not have anything to dislike about Logic Monitor at the moment. It has been all positive. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? I can view live monitoring of all my devices and like the alert it generates on the dashboard.

"Easy to deploy and highly customizable."

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Ability to create custom datasources using virtually any scripting language available. Easy to create dashboards that help visualize your data. Extensive list of datasources to monitor most platforms out of the box . What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? No dark theme. "Systems monitoring made easy for a novice!"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor is my first in-depth experience with a third party systems-monitoring tool and the while the setup takes a little to get used to, once you've entered several systems, the process becomes simple. The best thing about LM is that we can monitor almost any device/stat within our system from servers, switches and routers to websites. "Simple and Fast"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LM is quick and easy to setup. and Give you info you need fast. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The UI could be a bit easier to navigate. Recommendations to others considering LogicMonitor: The UI is very different from other products. It did cause some issue in getting up to speed using the product. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Disk and UP down mostly. We see great value in Disk size over time

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Monitoring customization is fairly easy to configure and the management interface is user friendly. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Comprehensive monitoring and alerting options. This one tool can do what you may need 4-6 tools to do. Alert tools are good.
