LogicMonitor pros and cons
Reviewers value monitoring across infrastructure, networks and servers in a single pane of glass.
An extensive datasource library and built-in sensors cover many technologies out of the box.
Customizable alerting, escalation workflows and dashboards are repeatedly praised.
The platform is easy to deploy and intuitive to use.
Some reviewers find pulling desired reports and adding devices tricky.
A few note a lack of certain out-of-the-box integrations like Okta and Google Workspace.

"Logic Monitor continues to grow and succeed"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? We really love the intuitive administrative and monitoring interfaces as it makes the product easy to configure, use and understand. We also love that it is cloud based providing native alerts on many different channels. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Pricing can make it difficult for smaller organizations to make the investment but there are many price breaks and incentives as you work with a greater number of interfaces and licenses. What ...

"Excellent product and even better support"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Logic Monitor is quick and easy to set up. The collector agent is fairly light and doesn't take up many resources. Logic Monitor provides very useful monitoring with lots of detail that is archived. Looking up past data is also very easy to do, you just have to change the date range. There are a ton of additional features and configuration potential, we've probably just barely scratched the surface of Logic Monitor's full potential! A huge plus for ...

"A clear return on Investment for any IT organiation"

Sometimes the really cool features you want you need to pay extra for, but that is any hosted solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When we had an outage previously, we did not have any historical data in one place to show us what was going on before the outage. ...
