What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like the ease of navigation of the datapoints and the way the data is expressed in the dashboards. Reporting is a breeze with customizable reports. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The interface is intuitive and well organized. The structure of the tools is logical and easy to navigate. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? We love the Dashboards and the integrations! Logic Monitor allows us to monitor a wide range of equipment all from the single platform, it allows us to focus on the important alerts and simply review the alerts that are mostly noise. "LogicMonitor is Time Saving Magic!"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor is agentless which has been an improved experience compared to managing agents. The DataSource discovery and association of the Datapoints and all of the different types of 'data' is the magical part saving us hours of time configuring a new server or device to be monitored. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor has the flexibility to connect and monitor anything that can be seen on the network. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The new features that were deployed this year. Especially in regards to AWS. The support is very helpful as well. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Not all AWS services have a monitor feature. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Various issues throughout the board in regards to a Tech company this software has definitely because an asset we use to diagnose and resolve issues.
