"In Love with LogicMonitor"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Ease of implementation and out of the box alerting What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Customer support can be inconsistent at times What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Was able to implement monitoring on our internal infrastructure from net zero. We've realized that this would be much more difficult with a custom solution.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? We love the dashboards that you are able to build for visibility with logicmonitor. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? It would be nice to have the ability to build custom maps with building layouts. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to better visualize what is going on with our network equipement and servers.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The fact that it is cloud-based and the user interface is very intuitive. Also that they are constantly rolling out new features and upgrades. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The interface is intuitive and well organized. The structure of the tools is logical and easy to navigate. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like how flexible it is. We have a lot of items we want monitored that don't necessarily come out of the box. We are able to use our own scripts to gather the relevant information we need and present it on a dashboard that will make a difference in how we service our clients.
