What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I really like the simple layout and ease of use, learning curve for LM is very less and we were quickly able to master the tool. Learning portal with self-paced coursed is rally helpful. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? "Phenomenal Monitoring Software!"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I love the documentation on the API and the way ypu can assign arbitrary values and tags to each device to use the API to perform actions on. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? I really think there are a few small quirks like the lack of dynamic groups for web resources. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? API thoroughness, length of time that historical records are kept, UI. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Reporting functionality is lacking, it would be much more simple if we could run queries against our data instead of using the narrowly scoped reports in the report building module. What do you like best? Being in the MSP space, we need a tool that can proactively monitor and manage our clients environments, LogicMonitor is the best in class software provider that does it all. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The simplicity of deployment and time to value. Also the support has been very good as well. I also like the mobile app. Hard to make everything available with such a small amount of real estate on a phone, but the power of what is displayed is very nice. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The interface is intuitive and well organized. The structure of the tools is logical and easy to navigate.
