What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The automation of simple tasks such as creating onboarding scripts to ensure devices being added are done in a standardized method. LM automatically detects what specifically needs to be monitored for each device. If you choose that its not necessary or monitoring needs to be adjusted, the UI is simple enough to tweak or turn off completely. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Fully customizable platform that we can cater to our individual needs in terms of reporting and alerting. "Improving Ops Team processes out of the box with endless possibilities after impementation"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Bulletproof monitoring when implemented properly. Always accurate and timely. Making changes to the out of the box settings is easy enough and can be rolled out how you like in terms of thresholds, alerts, and communications. Very broad native monitoring vendor support. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Provides great monitoring resources. Clients and we, love long term trend graphs and forecasting. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? "Customizable Monitoring"
What do you like best? Ability to use datasources to get custom data into logic monitor. What do you dislike? Can be somewhat cumbersome to get started, but their support is helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We rely on LogicMonitor for monitoring data trends and receiving alerts for things like hot CPU or storage capacity.

"Gets the job done"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Ability to monitor systems and receive alerts What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Sometimes the alerts get a bit thick and require a fair amount of sifting to find the pertinent ones. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it to monitor various core infrastructure and use it as a part of our core monitoring systems for clients.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like having detailed historical data on all devices, especially switch configuration change/comparisons! What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? There isn't anything that I dislike but I do wish that I could filter for a particular datasource, datasource group or instance and then click on a folder to view just the filtered graph across all resources in the selected folder. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Accurate, definitive, noisy, detailed, easy to use once you get a feel of it. It is a lot easier to navigate around and get accurate real-time information for alerts. Threshold setting is easy enough to complete and amend when the need arises. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Amount and variety of devices that can be monitored and alerted. Flexibility of graphing is great. LM Config backup tool is excellent and critical to managing customers. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Alerting takes some time to dial in - to reduce "noise" and get quality alerting.
