"One of the top 5 network monitoring tools on the market"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I would say the best part of LogicMonitor is the ease of device configuration. The Auto Properties and Auto Discovery systems do 90% of the work for you as long as you have credentials configured appropriately. It takes a lot of the work off of the admin compared to some other tools out there that require more manual configuration What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? It would be nice if there was a more straight-forward way to set up device ...

"LogcMonitor is great for maturing start-up!"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I love the ease of use when it comes to setting up and maintaining LogicMonitor. It's robust enough to handle whatever we throw at it, while being easy enough that a very small team can manage it on the back burner and not get slammed with false positives! What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? New Alerts interface makes filtering a little hard, and it doesn't seem to have automated remediation as something that is easily visible. Recommendations ...

"LogicMonitor"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Flexibility, No agents, Reporting and SaaS solution. I like the straightforward pricing model. Ease of use and deployment. The role based permissions is also very beneficial to our organization. Putting devices in SDT mode allows us to monitor SLAs and not affect statistics due to planned changes within the environment. I am happy LogicMonitor has recently added LM Logs to capture and analysis log files. This was a weakness in the product that has ...

"LogicMonitor: SaaS Monitoring for a small business"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor's Documentation and support a top-tier. We had occasion to use them to solve some edge-case situations, and they were willing to understand what we wanted to do and work through their back-end channels to get answers that the documentation couldn't provide. The API is complete, we could not find anything we needed to do but could not. Detailed performance data was available in reasonable accuracy ( I don't recall exactly what it was, ...

"Best in class SaaS based IT monitoring"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The automation of simple tasks such as creating onboarding scripts to ensure devices being added are done in a standardized method. LM automatically detects what specifically needs to be monitored for each device. If you choose that its not necessary or monitoring needs to be adjusted, the UI is simple enough to tweak or turn off completely. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The UI can be challenging at times to navigate. There is a learning ...
