LogicMonitor appears to support many different vendors, from an infrastructure perspective this is very useful as there are many disparate systems and being able to consolidate monitoring into one platform is very useful. In addition, having an automatic AI-generated analysis of faults greatly reduces time to resolution for incidents. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The built in templates (LogicModules) make setting up new resources pretty easily out of the box. For devices not already available, there is a large exchange community that makes the initial monitoring setup relatively painless. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? PROS: I can view all our assets in one platform, regardless of their location or network. It's a great reference, enabling me and my team to find whatever we are trying to determine. It's also a great tool for a bit more complex processes such as reviewing the health of the network. What's more, this software notifies us whenever something goes down. "Why would I want my monitoring in the cloud?"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor's deployment gives it a unique ability to alert you if the cloud loses contact with the on-prem collectors. This ability is a huge benefit over pure on-prem solutions i've seen where a catastrophic outage would take the whole system down and no alerts would get out. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?
