"LogicMonitor: Finally a SaaS monitoring solution that fits what I need"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? In roughly half a day, I was able to get all my required servers added to the product and start seeing valuable data. I was able to replace our old monitoring solution within a few days. The reporting tools made it easy to confirm that I had all my resources added to the platform. "LogicMonitor"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The autodiscover. LogicMonitor does a great job of discovering new infrastructure to start monitoring automatically. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The GUI. The GUI seems a bit 90s-ish and could be updated. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We are monitoring our on-prem and cloud infrastructure.

"Best tool for server performance analysis"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The part I like best is the granularity of various aspects of server performance, like cpu, memory and network usages. It is very convenient to view the current and history performance information illustrated in beautiful graphs and you can easily drill down to short window that you want to focus on. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The graphs and data that is shown on logic monitor is quite helpful. we were able to recognize issues with our database servers as to why our end-users were having issues with timeouts on API calls. by extrapolating the data we were able to make the appropriate changes and then improve our servers for the next cycle. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? AUtomation to bulk import all devices and new devices seamlessly. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? It is not that easy to use - the GUI is lengthy and clicky. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? 360 degree monitoring and letting other orgs know how to track their network level statistics.
