"A Modern State Of Art Monitoring Platform"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The easy to understand UI and the level of touch to customize the system it is able to provide my company. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The comprehensive datasource is only available to the popular systems. I cant wait for them to release datasource for more systems What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? I realized the benefit of monitoring my infrastructure with API calls instead of a traditional SNMP poll.

"Great product. Lots of good information."

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Insight it gives us into the network and infrastructure What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Tons of information and configs can make it hard to find just what you want sometimes. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Not real sure at this point. Still very new.

"The Best Enterprise Monitoring Platform"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor is simple to deploy in your enterprise, and it's highly customizable, which allows you to gain visibility into your environment quickly. We have easily built customized dashboards for all levels of Leadership and Teams using out-of-the-box templates. Their technical support is top-notch and highly responsive to boot. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The only dislike that we have is that we cannot use a custom URL for the portal ...

"Technology Consultant"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Flexible setup, using agent-less and also available setting up specific logins for my legacy systems. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? I haven't hit any real limitations. Coming for a BMC patrol setup, I am looking for same/similar script execution triggered by an event. Recommendations to others considering LogicMonitor: Datasources for Mainframe and IBMi What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Not sure if it ...

"Very easy to use, but feature rich"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The two things I like most are the ability to set up custom graphs that can be shared with other teams, and remote access to systems via ssh. This has removed the need for an externally accessible out of band network management. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The thing is don't like is the change of style when opening the exchange. I would also say that some of the features are overly complex and could benefit from a simplified layout. What ...

Stable performance and easy to configure

PROS: LogicMonitor is consistent in providing us with a great user experience which is impressive in our use case because we are an IaaS provider that distributes services across various data centers that are geographically distant from each other. It’s also easy to customize especially since it allows seamless integration with the other tools we use and it has excellent API support too. CONS: Some features, like the tokens in widget names, aren’t implemented on a system-wide scale and ...

"LogicMonitor for Infra monitoring"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Great API, reliable, well designed - we'd design it this way if we were making our own. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? It can be pricey until you scale up your devices. Still it's been worth it to us. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We're monitoring all of our infrastructure. We're hoping that by combining servers, applications and networking we can trace down root causes and draw correlations.

Very Satisfied

PROS: LogicMonitor is very easy to deploy that it will be up and running shortly after you buy it. That’s also partly because of the good support that the vendor is giving. One of the best parts of the software for me, however, is the mobile app which may not be as powerful as its desktop counterpart but is pretty impressive in terms of what it can display. It’s also very customizable and allows us to monitor the network through less conventional means like WMI and SNMP. Furthermore, its ...
