"Very easy to setup, immediately gathers useful data"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The key value for me is the ease of setup and broad support for devices (servers, network, ILO, etc). Immediately having it archive configs, notify on BGP or Disk issues is what we're looking for, with the ability to keep pushing deeper as we have time. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The future of IT monitoring

PROS: The auto-acknowledgment feature is very useful because it automatically provides closure to incidents when the set value is met. Also, LogicMonitor’s interface is intuitive enough that we can easily generate relevant graphs for computing metrics and generate the reports we need without having to be familiar with traditional monitoring tools first. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? - It supports almost all of the elements in the infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, WLC and access points, virtual machines, etc. - You can create dashboards and tune them as you want. Stable performance and easy to configure

PROS: LogicMonitor is consistent in providing us with a great user experience which is impressive in our use case because we are an IaaS provider that distributes services across various data centers that are geographically distant from each other. It’s also easy to customize especially since it allows seamless integration with the other tools we use and it has excellent API support too.
