LogicMonitor pros and cons
Reviewers value monitoring across infrastructure, networks and servers in a single pane of glass.
An extensive datasource library and built-in sensors cover many technologies out of the box.
Customizable alerting, escalation workflows and dashboards are repeatedly praised.
The platform is easy to deploy and intuitive to use.
Some reviewers find pulling desired reports and adding devices tricky.
A few note a lack of certain out-of-the-box integrations like Okta and Google Workspace.

"The platform and its capabilities alone is worth 10/10, but the LM teams support is fantastic!"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The out of the box usability is untouchable by competing monitoring solutions. Also every member of the LM team we've interacted with, from sales engineers, support engineers to all our sales and account reps, has been phenomenal. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? As an MSP who white labels their services for many different partners / VAR's, I hope to see dashboards and possibly even separate login screens that can be setup with different ...

"LogicMonitor"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor is a highly customizable product with great dashboards. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Nothing, in particular, comes to mind. My only dislike is that I do not see the option to monitor DHCP scopes and leases. Recommendations to others considering LogicMonitor: Spend the time to learn the product. The support is beneficial. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? With LogicMonitor, we are replacing ...

"LogicMonitor is a very robust monitoring solution!"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? How easy it is to integrate LogicMonitor with other solutions such as Dell iDRAC, VMware vCenter and more. We were also able to integrate it with ServiceNow so when something goes down or an alert is generated, a ticket is automatically opened. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? I haven't found anything that I really dislike yet. The tool can be a little confusing to use, esp when trying to setup dashboards, etc. But once you get the hang of ...

"My Honest Review of LogicMonitor"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The technical aspects of the tool and how easy it is to onboard new systems into the tool. We were easily able to add this tool into all of our environment including Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare and other vendors systems. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The adding of devices was a little more complex than other systems and while that can go to our benefit it would be great to have the option for a simple device add vs an advanced one. What ...

"A pretty good monitoring tool"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? There are a myriad of ways to customize and organize data. It is very simple to create advanced reports and dashboards. Compared to some other products, it is easier to set up and configure. The fact that it is agentless is a big plus. The customer support is outstanding and very responsive and helpful at all times (even at 2AM with a weird question) What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Permissions can be a little more granular to allow for more ...

"LogicMonitor is great!"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like the design of the platform as it is a SaaS. There is no overhead on having servers deployed, including having a main server and database server. Although you still need collectors, it only requires minimal management What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Some features that are not yet supported for Network operations ex. having the ability to send a script/command to a device over the LM console and being able to select multiple devices and ...

"Easy deployment with awesome help along the way"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? How snappy the product is. Watches every port on our switches so we have a more complete view, no more picking and choosing ports to monitor. Also it pulls in server logs to which was hard to monitor reliable before LM. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Maps could be better. I'd like to make custom maps. Recommendations to others considering LogicMonitor: Do it! What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting away ...

"Pretty good"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The Quick setup to get started. I have used quite a few different monitoring services that took a bunch of time or did not show any good information till it "learned" your network. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The cost is high to use for your whole environment. It does get cheaper with more licenses and adding 25 at a time but it takes time to add each one still to get to the right number. The cloud license is very expensive. What ...
