What do you like best about LogicMonitor? How easy it is to integrate LogicMonitor with other solutions such as Dell iDRAC, VMware vCenter and more. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? How snappy the product is. Watches every port on our switches so we have a more complete view, no more picking and choosing ports to monitor. Also it pulls in server logs to which was hard to monitor reliable before LM. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Maps could be better. I'd like to make custom maps. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Reporting and alerting have been great. Allows us to take a proactive approach rather than a reactive one. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? It is a little complicated to configure at first. But once it is configured all you have to do is to maintain it.
