I'm incredibly impressed!
I got the more expensive package for all the extra services because I'm a single member business and could use the extra help. I got my ein and business formation certificates the next day! This will always depend on your states processing speed, and they were incredibly fast in my case. I would rate customer service 5/5, services offered 5/5, speed 5/5, but website services 3/5.
