I received an email that generated a question about the Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR). Aileen confirmed that the report Zen Business submitted in April is sufficient since there has been no change to the business information.

Talking to Real People
I was in the process of purchasing products from ZenBusiness but I had issues checking out and we were not able to troubleshoot that day. Graciela called me the next day and she helped me troubleshoot the issue and helped me purchase my products. I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience with this company and it was also nice being able to talk to a person and not a computer.

The Spectacular Jade!!
Jade was so helpful, she assisted me efficiently and calmed me down while I was stressing about information regarding the formation of my LLC. I’m so grateful for everybody on the ZenBusiness team.
