Website building is fun with Lodgify

I have used Lodgify to advertise a holiday property for 2 years. I have always found the customer service excellent, and the website management is clear and user friendly. There are numerous frequently updated help sheets that take you through new procedures. As a 'senior' it has been an exciting achievement.

Cost Me Money In Lowered Rates

Never thought I would actually take the time to review a software that I never even got past trial phase with, but this one was a doozy and is worthy of mention. So I start a trial with Lodgify, go in there, mostly to look at the website builder and channel manager. I look at the templates, they're pretty bland and uninteresting and the customization options are limited. Then I move on the the Rental section to import AirBNB data. My experience with lodgify has been terrible so far. Responses takes a day when I am new to this and I need to make changes immediately. No zoom calls to help me solve problems. The software is not that good besides the website builder. Since I have switched to lodgify it takes me more time to run my business than before and I am paying more for it. I am definetly switching pms but what does lodgify really do? No automated messaging, only 4 vacational rental channels they api integrate ...
