Geat PMS with excellent customer service.Has saved me much time since I moved to Lodgify.

Excellent support and well designed platform

The Lodgify support team was extremely responsive and helpful while I got set up with my website, pricing system, credit card processor and channel integrations. The site itself is easy to use once you get past the initial learning curve and offers all the features that I need to list my rental online and manage bookings.

In general lodgify operates efficiently, however, since the platform is less known in the US, my property is listed on several other platforms as well, including AirBnB. AirBnB has made several good improvements to their platform to enhance the customer experience. Unfortunately, the Logify team has not kept up with these new options in AirBnB, so they cannot be synchros and included in my client’s experience.

Nach nun vier zufriedenen Jahren habe ich Lodgify gekündigt. Grund ist die neue Preispolitik, die eine Verdopplung der Kosten für mein Abo bedeutet. Statt auf diese Änderung eindeutig hinzuweisen, habe ich nur eine lapidare eMail erhalten, dass die automatische Verlängerung ansteht - kein eindeutiger Hinweis auf eine dermaßen starke Preiserhöhung, was letztlich zu einer Kündigung vor Verlängerung meinerseits geführt hätte. I'm very pleased with lodgify.

I'm very pleased with my short time using lodgify. I found it very easy to put together and and relatively no problem getting started and getting it online. The few issues that I did have were answered quickly by email. Almost everything else can be found on their website or just looking around a little bit. Overall it's very good product and service is good. I found it matches up really well with pricelabs for my needs. I prefer to be able to control the prices one place for lodgify and Airbnb.

Zuviel Support etc auf englisch. Wer kein englisch spricht ist hier verloren.

Ganz so einfach ist es nicht eine Website zu erstellen, wie es überall suggeriert wird. Das gilt aber wohl für alle Anbieter. Was mich an Lodgify stört: Support, FAQ's, Anleitungen, Hilfen.... alles ist auf englisch. Ich kann zwar einigermaßen gut englisch, aber wenn dann noch Fachausdrücke / spezielle Begriffe für Websites etc hinzukommen, wird es doch schwierig zu folgen. Die Bilder auf den Lernseiten haben dann häufig auch keine sehr gute Qualität. Mir bleibt nichts anderes übrig als ...

Very useful software

Very useful software for managing a rental business. It has a nice web builder. The reservation system works well for bookings and managing payments. Constant improvements are adding value. Support is responsive but usually takes about a day. Only complaints are poor formatting of messaging output in generated emails and I find it a bit pricey on the per unit monthly cost. I would recommend the software to others.
