Lodgify is great. Highly recommended.
I took months to choose Lodgify as I first had a very bad experience with another channel manager that I had signed up to use for running my BnB business more efficiently. Lodgify is a great product
Lodgify is a great product. It has enabled me to build a real vacation rental website with a complete booking engine in no time at all.However, the support for paying customers is not great. I found a non-trivial bug in the product right away. This bug was that anytime you tried to add a hyperlink in your property listing it would break. This was a huge problem for us because we have links to walk through videos for all of our properties. Lodgify replicated the bug and then did not get it ...

Disappointed
Two days ago I’ve had problems with double booking. Our checkout time is 19:00, checkin is 09:00, so we can’t have both in the same day. I absolutely need a preparation time, which is allowed by Airbnb, but not by Lodgify. That’s a deal breaker for me. In fact, I’m looking for a new CM which addresses this problem.

Poor response time
It took about 3 weeks for your team to correct a problem with your software, which was preventing me and all your other clients from completing booking requests. I missed roughly 5 potential books during this time.

We run 8 BnBs and LOVE Lodgify
We run 8 BnBs using AirBnB, VRBO, Expedia and Booking.comBefore using Lodgify we were constantly getting double bookings and found it difficult to manage consistent pricing across all platforms. The 9 months we have been using the platform has significantly made our business run more smoothly. Highly recommend
