Do not use if from the western USA

I have invested much time to set up and would not use if live in the states (especially west coast). My contact to set up listing was great but then service dropped off. I have called for help and they only want to email how I can read how to fix. can not link to VRBO to pay pet fee or charge a up fee for booking on OTA.
