My experience with Lodgify was awful
My experience with Lodgify was awful, the platform feels really old, it has several bugs and their pricing is ridiculously high. I regret doing business with them.

If I could go back I would NEVER buy…
If I could go back I would NEVER buy this product. They don't have an 800# for you or for your guests. That explains why they don't treat you well if things don't work--nearly daily--instead they are rude and sometimes outright refuse to fix their software.Their ICAL doesn't sync, so if you also use VRBO or AirBnb you will have double bookings regularly.You will need to hire a webmaster if you buy Lodgify. This software does it all!
This software has it all to make sure you manage your rental property efficiently. The website builder is very easy to use and creates wonderful and professional looking websites.The guest module is also very usefule but a bit hard to navigate.Integration of other rental plaftorms is useful but difficult to set up, especially VRBO.

I've been with Lodgify about 19 months
I've been with Lodgify about 19 months. Their software breaks ~6-8 weeks. Sometimes the issue is just a page not working, or emails not being sent. Other times, like now, it's a larger issue. Now it's s a reservation not moving. My support request is 6 days old. A guest in Airbnb simply moved their reservation to another date. The issue is Lodgify didn't update and move this reservation so it's still showing booked in the old location. Why is this important? Because it prevents me from ...

The WORST vacation rental company out…
The WORST vacation rental company out there. They don't have an 800 number. They don't have service reps to help you or your guests. I have been with them--stuck since I built my website w/ their software--and they are so poorly run you have to change your password daily b/c their systems show that they are insecure to your guests otherwise.You'll need a webmaster as their software is NOT user friendly and they won't let you talk to the developers. Lodgify has really helped our business …
Lodgify has really helped our business and has taken a lot of pressure off of me. Sometimes it can go a bit slow - but overall it is brilliant
