I completed an onboarding with Logan and it was a fantastic, smooth experience. I was new to the system and had no idea what to expect. She walked through the entire integration setup between Lodgify and our other preferred booking engines and made sure to confirm all bookings and important settings were included. With Lodgify I have managed to centralize all the issues related to my vacation rental, everything synchronized and without problems, it is a great advantage! !

Lodgify is great and my Onboarding Specialist George Prescott was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helped me step by step with setting up my listings, etc. I highly recommend Lodgify as it has helped me get my rental business up off of the ground.

Onboarding Support is so great.

I am new to Lodgify and have been getting great support on onboarding calls and follow-up emails. They have plans for free and monthly but I definitely recommend paying yearly to receive onboarding support. This support itself pays off the yearly amount... I hope to finish this setup process soon and my life will be easier with this one-stop solution.

I can’t say enough about Lodgify and their support staff! Once I signed up I was offered a walk-thru of the site and one-on-one instructions on how to create my personal website. We met by zoom and spent close to an hour going through every aspect of my website, etc. I’ll definitely recommend Lodgify to my friends!
