We've used other channel managers/property managers and the switching to Lodgify experience was unbelievably great! We had Andrew Figari as our "guide" to getting set up. NICE GUY! His knowledge, patience, and skills getting things organized were BEYOND excellent! He made a very complicated process as easy as possible. Miha, our onboarding specialist was super friendly, informative and patient. He even went out of his way to help us with things outside Lodgify's software to facilitate things further. The onboarding is quick, easy and smooth. We quickly learnt our way around the software, which is pretty user friendly and we just love the interface. Overall, I would highly recommend Lodgify for first time hosts or even professional hotels.
