Clear information

The way that all things are explained is great ! I understood everything and I received clear answers to any questions. The training is divided into two parts which is good, you have time to process the information and it doesn’t feel like it’s too much in one session. More than that, Sara is really professional and kind.

Nice Onboarding Process

Easy to use platform and very good onboarding process. Julia was very helpful and organized to address my questions and requests. Would suggest to have more language options available in the platform though.

My wonderful experience with Logan.

Logan was very patient and answered any questions I had. If in the future I need more training or help I would love to have her back. She was very knowledgeable about Lodgify but what was great she was also very knowledgeable about Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com and their sites. She knew exactly where to find specific information. Saved me so much time.

Wonderful Experience

Working with Lodgify has been a wonderful experience (Miha has been our account manager). The onboarding process has been highly educational and helpful as we decided to take our STR to the next level. The platform itself is user-friendly both as a property manager (backend) and for our guests (user-experience) who will now be able to book directly with us through Lodgify. We are now planning to further expand our listings with the help of Lodgify!
