Professional and flexible
Sara is very professional and flexible agent who does really care about the final result. I wish the top management of the Lodgify sees this review and grant Sara a higher position! We need such competent support agents to grow further. Dear Sara, graze graze graze!

EXCELLENT onboarding tutorial & PMS features
The onboarding experience with both Maria T. & Guilia P. was amazing. They were clearly well-versed in the features of Lodgify and answered many of my questions while troubleshooting some of the integrations I had set up with Lodgify. The PMS software itself is great and I'm sure it'll improve more and more with more app integrations and upgrades. Thank you ladies for your help & guidance!

This is a great product that will make your direct booking website shine in front of the world! The onboarding team is amazing. Susan was super helpful and knowledgeable. She is our account manager, and we are thrilled! I do not use the Channel Management feature. That I manage myself. I highly recommend Lodgify

Intuitive well priced system with direct booking portal
My onboarding experience was great. Julia was an excellent training guide. the system is quite intuitive. The cost for an entire year was already paid for by the fact that i got several bookings from google vacation rentals, which Logdify integrates with. Really love that they made it super easy to design and launch our standalone website. This makes direct bookings cheaper than Airbnb and returning guests love it. Overall, really happy with the platform so far.

Super easy onboarding!
The onboarding experience was easy and comprehensive, my representative Sara walked me through the entire process via screen share and set up most of the account for me. Eazy breezy!
