After comparing similar PMS

After comparing similar PMS, I chose to use Lodgigy, which makes me manage short-term rentals more efficiently. Onboarding helped me learn to operate it more skillfully. Staff are sincere and professional, the customer service center responds quickly, and there is no delay in solving problems online or on call. The system is easy to operate, and the fees are reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic customer service. Maria really explained how to use features I didn't know were with the program such as being able to change the price on other platforms individually. She was knowledgeable, answered my questions and followed up. When I 1st tried purchasing lodgify I was going to buy the Professional package although every time I tried to pay, I got the message that there was suspicious activity and the sale would not go through so I purchased the basic package. What do you like best about Lodgify? We went from being held back by AirBNB to in control of our own bookings! Occasionally, AirBNB would not authorize a booking or hold our account until an issue was resolved. Now we can offer direct bookings and VRBO booking options to our best guests.
