I just start to use lodgify. And it was amazing support work. We had 3 phone-video calls with support team, My assistant was Antone from Spain. Every thing was explained and showed to me, I got now supporting with all needed information. Until now, I am very happy. We will see how it will works In the season. Luis did a great job onboarding us with the Lodgify platform. His follow up emails were helpful as well when we needed to go back and review specific items. He was very professional and cooperative and answered all our questions.

Customization

Customization I liked how Lodgify customized the platform to fit my needs. Walking me through my own account was very helpful. Some platforms will only walk you through a test account and then you have to figure out how to translate that to your account. As first-time short-term rental hosts, we want to get started on the right foot and Lodgify is helping us to do just that!

Using Lodgify has been an awesome and easy experience from start to finish. Not only is the platform intuitive and really easy to use, they offer an onboarding service that teaches you how to make the most of the Service. Sara (our onboarding team member) could not have been more helpful, really supported us to make sense of the platform and how to get it to do most of the hardworking so we can focus on other things. Highly recommend to anyone managing short term holiday lets

Easy to Use Rental Management Software

I've been impressed with Lodgify's software and customer service in my first few weeks of using the platform. Creating a direct booking website and connecting to my Airbnb listing were surprisingly easy. Unlike competitors, they offer person onboarding sessions for small hosts (<3 properties). My onboarding session was very helpful.
