2 calls for initial set up and additional ideas

The rep got me through setting everything up on a few platforms. However it took 2 different calls on 2 different days. I would have preferred more time the first day to get everything set up and completed as my time is limited. I also wish you had more options such as an app for easier use to communicate with guests instead of going to website and logging in. I would also like to give my cleaner access to my calendar. Too many to list to make it more user friendly.

A great success and a great onboarding!

Switching to lodgify was a great decision. It is a complete program with a multitude of modules and integrations with other platforms. The onboarding process is one of the best I have seen in 9 years in different companies. I want to personally acknowledge Andrew's way of working and his dedication to make everything perfect. The explanations are clear, the email summary exceptional and the follow up brilliant. Congratulations to the Lodgify team for the team they have built around the platform.
