Great onboarding with Maria
Pleasant experience thanks to the person assigned for onboarding, Maria, very kind and knowledgeable. She was precise and quick in describing the platform and also in the reports sent via email, with great communicative and technical competence, empathetic and thorough, as well as helpful. Platform is helpful but lack in some part like syncronizing all.

Brilliant onboarding experience

Great onboarding experience
Great onboarding experience - Intuitive system with good step by step guides for API integrations. I have Brian as an onboarding specialist and he ensured that everything was up and running within 2 meetings.

Catalina is a great facilitator
Catalina was awesome, great facilitator and really deeply guided us through the process of setting up on Lodgify and connecting to other channels (Airbnb, VRBO etc). We had 3 meetings all in all. Lot of work to be done between so plan accordingly.

Very Versatile PMS in Lodgify
The fact that Lodgify has a well documented API makes this PMS a versatile software solution for property owners and managers in the short term rental space. Live connections are easy enough and the software is very intuitive
