Lodgify for my holiday rental

I chose Lodgify for my holiday rental channel management system having spent a few months looking at the different management systems available. The software is user friendly and appears to have integrated very well with my current letting platforms. I found the onboarding service excellent and the Lodgify team guided me through the process every step of the way. The Lodgify team know their product very well and they answered any questions I had very quickly.

The personal call helped to explain everything very clearly. The caller went through every detail and checked everything was working as it should be. He was very patient and repeated things we were not clear about. The service was excellent thankyou

Great product and excellent support

Lodgify as a platform has been excellent to use, quite life changing! I've received so much support getting me set up and have learned a lot through the process. For any other questions that have come up as i've been using the system, have been answered incredibly quickly. Booking the calls has been easy and they are always right on time, efficient but thorough.

Smooth process.

Andrew was great. The onboarding process is well set up. The only thing I would change is a third call just to follow up on progress. I upgraded my account a week after purchasing the entry level subscription. The initial payment was prorated and discounted from the new total.
