The support team has been excellent!
The support team has been excellent! Very quick to respond and very knowledge. They offer a lot of information to assist with getting setup. The complimentary onboarding was extremely helpful and the agent showed me some important things I had not seen yet. I was skeptical about if the service would be beneficial but now I am confident it will help my business.

Lodgify is a fantastic platform for managing your short term rental portfolio across all of the popular channels. Lodgify’s customer service is outstanding! Our rep, Giulia, made sure we understood everything possible about the platform and its many helpful features.

Very helpful, outstanding service!
The onboarding process has been incredibly helpful in connecting platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. Additionally, there was an opportunity to ask questions about using Lodgify, and we received valuable tips and insights in the app that I hadn’t discovered on my own. When a question regarding the website builder couldn’t be answered immediately, it was promptly passed on to the help team right after the call, and I received a response the same day, letting me know they would be ...
