What do you like best about Localist? Localist is an amazing calendar solution for higher education. I love all the options you can tag events from department, to location, to events. Feeding the filtered events into departmental sites is so great.

What do you like best about Localist? The ease of styling and integrating events into WordPress posts as feeds. It is very simple to set up and get a branded feel to localist as well as get the events displaying on partner websites without having to navigate directly to an event post.

Unlike many platforms for which I've engaged support who give the simplest possible answer to only the questions directly asked, the folks at Localist make an effort to understand underlying issues, and suggest solutions that I may not have know to ask about. For example, if I ask whether a certain feature exists and the answer is no, they will suggest other possible approaches to achieving a similar outcome. That's rare ...

What do you like best about Localist? I like that my Localist calendar is attractive on our website and it is a breeze to use. Like everything else, there's a learning curve and what you don't use you are in danger of losing as brain cells die off. But help is ALWAYS there when I need it and it doesn't even matter that I am not a computer geek.

What do you like best about Localist? Localist calendar is so easy to use for both the admin side and user side of the product. The interface is very user-friendly with plenty of "help text" to help people through if there's a question. It's so much simpler than other calendar products I've used. This was the easiest product implementation I've ever been a part of and the Localist support team is top notch.

What do you like best about Localist? Before we adopted Localist I had worked on the development of a home grown solution for event data management and had conducted a thorough survey of SaaS solutions. Localist checks all the boxes with its strong data model, customizable fields and taxonomies, decent API, widgets and versatile theming / templating layer. Beyond the product, the customer service is second-to-none. The support team are very highly skilled and quick to respond.
