What do you like best about Lob? The best experience I had was working with one of their sales engineers to set up the overly complicated direct mail campaign. He was very willing to help get things off the ground, which was appreciated. However, I don't think this should be a necessary part of their flow b/c the product itself should interface better with their core customer: marketers.

What do you like best about Lob? The simple integrations with products like Autopilot. The ability to customize and send beautiful mail in a matter of minutes.

"Easy to set up, adjust, and low maintenance"
What do you like best about Lob? It was amazing easy for us to set up LOB in order to send out postcards to our community members. The ability to integrate mailings with an API ended up saving us a lot of time and effort.
