What do you like best about LoadProof? Easy to use, search, and navigate. This program has saved us a lot of money on damage and shortage claims by carriers and receiving errors. It has also allowed us to file claims and carrier abuse with shipping.

What do you like best about LoadProof? We recently deployed LoadProof to help mitigate chargebacks and deductions from customers. LoadProof is very user-friendly and works with our warehouse scanners, so no additional hardware was required. Since you can have multiple users with different roles, it has allowed us to improve response time when providing pictures for backup on claims. The support staff has been great. They are very responsive and have fulfilled my feature enhancement request.

What do you like best about LoadProof? We use LoadProof at 75 of our warehouses across the US. It saves us and our customers millions of dollars annually on chargebacks. The software is being continually updated with new features and add-ons; Smart Gladiator (parent company) is very responsive to customer feedback.

What do you like best about LoadProof? LoadProof and my team were able to set up/modify the app to track key operational activities within our warehouse. (Forklift Inspections, Trailer/Shipment Inspections, Inbound Quality Opportunities and Self Audits) Oversight on these key metrics has helped shape the way we accomplish tasks and helped our vendors teach/train their associates making both teams better.
