What do you like best? I love the way in which we can maintain the conversation in real time with our customers, the organization of the ticket support system and the traffic monitoring that helps us to know what aspects of our website we should improve to increase visits. "A powerful chat with multiple functionalities"
What do you like best? To be able to communicate so easily with clients through live chat, this is one of the best tools that can be implemented in a business, it saves a lot of time, it can be automated and the price seems comfortable to me. What do you dislike? I think they could put more options to customize the live chat window, maybe allow changes in the appearance of the chat window, at least that's my suggestion.
