What do you like best? For me the best thing about the application is to be able to organize our work departments assigning each operator a role in the department where he has his specialty. What do you dislike? The test time and the limitations of the application are a bit high in my opinion so I think it could improve in this regard. I like the simplicity with which we manage to give effective solutions to our clients, and the ease with which it can be adapted to the interface of the software, other things that I have liked that I can obtain a report of where my visitors come from, take action and eventually, improve the quality of our traffic.
