What do you like best? LiveZilla makes it easy to communicate with clients through live chat. Tickets make it easy to organize and assign staff to the right support team. "Seamless system that gets the job done."
What do you like best? I like the user interface and how everything is able to be accessed with one click. What do you dislike? I think if anything they could just pay for faster servers so things load faster. Recommendations to others considering the product: make sure your machines can operate the software What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I use to provide support for our costummers. They access our website and click what they want: techinical support, financial, commercial. And the attendance is forwarded to due sector. It's very easy to use. It has a sound alert that helps a faster response. Costumers like it too. What do you dislike?
