What do you like best? We like LiveZilla because we can help our clients with their concerns, problems or possible hiring. It is excellent to use live chat or the automatic response system that can be programmed to give quick answers to basic questions and at the same time give the necessary response through your ticket system and have an organized system. What do you like best? The most amazing part of LiveZilla is how quickly we can help satisfy our customers. What do you like best? Supports many Gateways such as Livechat, E-Mail Twitter and Facebook. Bundles every Support request in one System Has a Great API, we can gladly say that we have replaced our old Knowledgebase with the LiveZilla one fetching articles over the API. What do you dislike?
