What do you like best about LiveNX? Gives detail information on each flow. Easy to identity total bandwidth usage per interface. What do you dislike about LiveNX?

What do you like best about LiveNX? The ability to quickly understand the traffic flows on my network, drill down into specifics, provide detailed information for problem resolution and move on. The netflow, drill downs and reporting are excellent! Product support is excellent and they listen to the customer for product enhancements, and feedback.
