Feature packed software

My company has been using Livehelpnow chat for years the staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable and are happy to assist us with any of our questions. We were getting over whelmed with the number of after hour emails that we were getting and loosing track of. But the CSR was able to show us how the Email to Ticket will help us keep on top of all the emails that come in. Along with being able to track our twitter feed. This will make my staff happy!

impressive customer service!

I was new to chat software but after researching a few companies I contacted livehelpnow, the agent answered all of my questions and explained some of the features that they offer like reporting, and the live visitor tracking that I can use to improve my website.

Excellent Service.

Live Help allows our customers instant access to our sales department. It has helped us communicate with our international customers that we normally wouldn't be able to on a normal basis because of the ability to translate different languages. Excellent Tool!!

We have never, ever had an issue using the LiveHelpNow chat software. It is very helpful for our customers and for us to have another avenue in communicating with them (especially when our phones are super busy).

"Good product but bad customer support"

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? LIve Help Now was easy to use. However, there were several glitches in the program I incurred while trying to generate leads for the company I work for.

"Cost Effective Chat, Easy to Use Features, Metrics and More."

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? Telinta provides cloud-based softswitch solutions to VoIP service providers around the world. We use LHN chat to gain new sales prospects by placing the chat icon on our webpage so that prospects can contact us for more info. Nearly everyone who opens a chat successfully completes it, providing us with their name, email and phone/Skype contact info, and agreeing to receive more information from our sales team.
