LivePerson is a great tool for customer communication. It is easy to set up, implement, and maintain. There are also many useful features included. The team at LivePerson has always been very responsive, and helpful whenever we have needed them.

Overall its a good experience with LivePerson. My company has been using it since a decade now.. However, there are couple of reports which were good in LivePerson which in LiveEngage its chargeable. Like, login/logout time report. Also, we miss the feature where as an administrator, I can have option to logout a user if I want to. Certain reports and features are really great and meaningful. Having Live Person as a way for our…
Having Live Person as a way for our customer's to reach us during these times is something we are all fortunate to have. And then on top of it all we get to work with Safeer while doing so. Safeer has really helped me dive deeper into the tools to help not only myself, but my company to expand on services provided by Live Person.

Safeer's expertise and attention to detail has been invaluable during a rapid deployment of remote support. We got weeks worth of planning and implementation done within days allowing us to continue supporting our internal and external customers without missing a beat. We really appreciate it!

Very robust platform
I'm not sure there is any messaging solution available that has more features than LivePerson. Their platform is very robust and would satisfy 95% of any business's messaging needs. They do have some faults with outdated/unclear API documentation. Also, if you're a small to medium business you will have zero influence into feature requests. This is typical for any large SaaS, and shouldn't be a surprise.

Our LP customer success team of Safeer Islam and Brendan McNerney are very helpful and responsive. I have also recently had some live chat support sessions that were very helpful. My only real issue is with the reporting. I would like to be able to create and schedule my own reports. The Predefined Grids are useless if you ask me.
