They advertise Voice To SMS but its…
They advertise Voice To SMS but its nowhere on the site. Everything's Automated so there's no way to reach an actual person. I wasted two hours trying to play with their platform today and I am not impressed. Companies like this advertise something, real you in, waste your time and then don't give you what you actually wanted.

"Legacy product and customer support"
What do you like best? Simple implementation and intuitive user interface. You don't need to be a genius to get started. What do you dislike? Underwhelming customer support. Not responding to emails, dodging important questions about the robustness of their backend and security, and ultimately ignoring a request for confirmation of termination. Very poor performance from the product and legacy UX. Their location services placed colleagues in the wrong country. Their analytics did not match ...

Great platform
LivePerson has been a great partner for us in turning our business into a messaging-first company. Call centers are expensive and not as efficient as agents and bots handling conversations.

Liveperson is our solution provider for WhatsApp for over a year now. We're a big travel app, and receive over +1000 conversations daily and our experience with LivePerson has been smooth. In terms of software, our agents found it very easy to use. In terms of support, our account team has been extremely supportive and proactive. Really great
Really great, easy to use and provides a smart and effective tool for Live Chat on our website. Very adaptable and lots of integrations available. We are currently building our Chat Bot and are impressed with the capabilities. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because they do charge for every tiny thing - including monthly charges for licenses, which cannot be shared and are required for non-agent activities such as chat bots.
