I have been connected to Live person for 12 years . It is a wonderful site with a multitude of experts in all areas. If you have a questions and need answers Live person has people who are there to answer you with in seconds. from spirituality and psychics/ to English majors and vets. You can find answers to anything under the sun and much more. This site is definitely worth visiting and telling friends about.

What do you like best? I like the analytics and the support that comes with the product. Each account is assigned a program manager and that support is invaluable when first getting started. What do you dislike? Generally speaking, you need to have their deployment engineers make a rule change so as to ensure that change will not impact anything else. That can take up the program management hours and be more time consuming. Also, the user interface as an admin in many cases is not intuitive ...

Love the service - got what I wanted in a snap!

I had an issue with a software I was installing but I had no support for it (email/chat/phone - nada). I reached LivePerson and got a fix for my problem in a snap (less than 30 minutes since I posted my problem on a message board). Looking for the error code on the web didn't work, and none of my geeky friends found the answer for weeks. Why haven't I thought about it earlier...
