Hidden 90 day cancellation policy!
We tried to cancel after finding no link or administration area to do this after logging in. Only way to cancel is via chat - and you are locked in for 3 months. They will still bill you for 90 days after putting in your cancellation request. Stay far away!!! What a scam.

"Poor experience - Would not recommend"
What do you like best? There old product work ok some of the time. What do you dislike? They decided, without warning, to end of life the version that we were on. Granted there old platform was somewhat limited in terms of functionality. They told us two months before the EOL date. We had built an integration in our CRM so the short notice was a major problem. Beware of 90-day cancellation notice.
We have used LivePerson as our customer chat solution on our site for years. In the past year or so, we started encountering problems where their servers would have issues which ended up causing our site to load slowly or not load at all (We are an eCommerce company, we cannot afford to have our website unavailable to potential customers!) because they were requiring us to pull info from their server. Good technology. Poor service.
We stayed with Liveperson for a couple of years because their live chat technology is pretty good. However, when you try to manage your account or cancel alltogether, it's another story. There is no account managament portal. You have to contact someone through live chat to make changes to your account. "Terrible company, terrible software, terrible service"
What do you like best? Nothing really. The company is terrible, and it's people are terrible. If there were a worst company award, it would likely go to these people. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ability to create robust library of canned responses. Solid back-end reporting that allowed us to track revenue generated by our live chat associates. Never sign up with them unless you plan to stay with them forever
I have to go through a nightmare to cancel with them now after several years. My journey is not yet over. May be their product is not bad, but I have a right to leave and at this step they spoil all my attitude towards them and make me share my opinion.
