Untrustworthy and Unhelpful
When I contacted LivePerson today to request that they close our account, they told me they had a 90-day cancellation policy. My agency has used them for various clients for over 8 years and I've never heard of this. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he was in a meeting. When I asked for the email address or phone number of someone I could speak to about their cancellation policy, I was told they don't give out personal information. "It's easy to use to monitor reps' converstions with clients."
What do you like best? I primarily use it to audit reps at my job. I like that it's easy to search for specific agents at specific times. What do you dislike? I somewhat dislike the new format of the website. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use LiveEngage to make sure reps are performing their tasks appropriately. I found that it makes it easy to perform my own tasks.

"Best Engagement Tool in the Planet"
What do you like best? From the ease of implementation into websites, to the amount of information that you are able to track how easy is for customer to use the tool. From a management perspective how you are able to set up the campaigns the freedom to create to your specifications and not whats provided. How well you can user the APIs to customize to all the way the reporting makes it easy to track data. What do you dislike? honestly I have not been able to find something I dislike about ...

LivePerson is great, SwayChat is better for the same cost
I love LivePerson, and it did a lot for our business. But we switched to SwayChat and haven't looked back. It has a far more modern design, doesn't damage our Google Pagespeed score, and it's 25% the cost (or less!) of LivePerson.

6 year customer but still stuck paying $300 in cancellation fees?
Wow..90 day cancellation fee! our code does not even work on our website anymore and we are still stuck paying...."I apologize but this procedure is standardized for all accounts. I am not able to cancel your account immediately. 90-day cancellation notice, please know that your account will remain active for the next 90 days." That was the nice message i got from my liveperson account managerI don't want to sound like a broken record but stay away from this company....lesson learned

Honestly SHOCKINGLY BAD!
This company is full of absolute cowboys. So I spent over an hour trying to get the price to use their chat software through their only way of communicating with them which is not surprisingly live chat. They would not give me any indication of pricing at all. They arrange a demo with me at 11am UK time. I made it so clear, UK time which they agreed. So 11.05 UK time and I get on their chat again finding out where this demo is. To be sold oh no sir the agent meant New York time. Then ...
