A complete scam
I used to work for this company as an expert and I must say that these people are high unprofessional and scam. They have a very bad customer service, they would never solve the issues of their experts and the worst thing is, their policies are mainly dominated by their top ranked experts. Tedious Customer Experience and Hidden Fees
Aside from having a very unmodern and difficult to use platform, LivePerson provides a poor customer support experience. I frequently had trouble getting access to my own account, for which I had to get on a chat session multiple times to get the technical issue resolved. Making changes inside was difficult and required chat support most of the time to accomplish anything. "Great and simple to use"
What do you like best? Very good for having numerous chats open at once, easy access to canned responses, help and support. What do you dislike? Could have a few more features for staff What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Good enough"
What do you like best? I liked how easy it was to have multiple chats open at a time. Easy to keep track of who I'm speaking with and easy to send them links and documents. I even liked the color scheme to highlight which chats needed attention and which were idle. I also liked how we could extract information from the chatter before the chat even started. What do you like best? I like how comfortable it was to get use to and get thit feel of how it works. What do you dislike? I didn’t like the incoming chat tones that it had, would sometimes startle me What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It’s a nice end user experience and convenient for a small team. What do you dislike? It’s very hard to set up and customize. Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I wouldn't even call it customer service. Better to say customer NON-serivce. I've used these guys a few times over the years and their product was really good but trying to work with them now is like pulling teeth! They give you the run around, can't answer your questions, say no sales manager will help me, won't give me a phone number, the phone numbers I found online have some weird foreign voice message then it hangs up.
